Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

- A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature. To satisfy this requirement, you may type your full legal name at the end of your complaint.

If your notice does not comply with all requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, it may not be effective.
Be aware that if you knowingly misrepresent material or activity on 818hl.com as infringing, you may be held liable for damages (including legal fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
The copyright owner’s name may be published on 818hl.com in place of the disabled content, along with the description of the allegedly infringed work.

Counter-Notification Procedures

Once we receive a valid Counter-Notification, we will inform the party who filed the original DMCA Notice.

By submitting a Counter-Notice, you consent to having your information disclosed to the original claimant, relevant law enforcement, or legal entities assisting us in compliance.
If you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity on 818hl.com was removed or disabled by mistake, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, 818黑料网 (818hl.com) has adopted a policy of terminating, suspending, or restricting access to the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, at our sole discretion.
